2. New QB will be starter of team from day 1 of training camp!

3. New QB will be named PEYTON MANNING (If able to play) or Matt Flynn…haven't seen ENOUGH of FLYNN to know what he can do on a consistant basis, but the fact he has played in FILBIN system is BIG, and people that know him say he has all the tools!

4. DEFENSE should be READY for the season with a full camp under their belts. They need to be in mid season form in early September

5. TE upgrade coming??? (I have to take a look and see who's there via FA)

6. Wish List let's have the brothers BRANDON as the 1,2 WR w Bess 3 and Hart 4 Bring in Brandon Lloyd

7. I like REGGIE even more in this offense PHILBIN is bringing with him. Could have HUGE total yardage season!!!

Let's see what Free agency and the draft bring, but I can say I like the change  

Peyton or Flynn is fine by me even better yet bring them both in. Looks like Ross is trying to change this around . So far I like it hope we can get back to the top again and beat the Patriots .

Manning is old..He is done we need new fresh blood in here.Maybe bring in manning as a QB coach
