[1]Offensive line questions for Keith Sims…
Brandon Bennett (Facebook): What position will we put Mike Pouncey at? Center or guard?
Keith Sims: It definitely sounds like they’re playing at center. He definitely has the skills and athleticism to play guard, but they are going to use him at center.

@Ant2tru (Twitter): Do you think the labrum tear will negatively impact Jake Long’s future?
Keith Sims: Not at all. Jake put forth one of the gutsiest performances I’ve ever seen last season. With a full off-season to rest and recover, I have no doubt that he will be absolutely fine.
———-
Tim Wardyn (Facebook): Keith, the Dolphins have had some great offensive linemen through the years, who do you think is the best ever?
Keith Sims: You’ve got three Hall of Famers and to me the best of the bunch is Dwight Stephenson. With a short career, he still made it to Canton and that obviously says a lot about how good he was.
———-
Fabian Sierra (Facebook): Who was the toughest defensive player you ever had to try and block?
Keith Sims: Easy. Jerome Brown, defensive tackle from the Eagles, the former Cane, who sadly passed away early. One time my offensive line coach in Washington, Russ Grimm, and I were asked that question at the same time and without hesitation, we both said “Jerome Brown.”
———-
Alex Ortiz (Facebook): This might sound silly, but how important is strength to an OL? What about other factors like quick feet, good hands, etc.?
Keith Sims: I like that question, Alex. You can’t play without strength. It’s a combination of all of those things, but you have to have functional strength of you’re going to be taken advantage of on the offensive line.
