[1]For the final time before Sunday’s game against the Bills, Dolphins coach Tony Sparano met with the media. With the NFL’s recent reminder memo about sideline etiquette going out this week, there was more conversation about all of that. Sparano said he actually just came out of a meeting with his two strength coaches, who are his “Get Back” coaches, in charge of keeping guys out of the way on the sideline. He also told a funny story about not knowing what a “Get Back” coach was until his first game as an NFL head coach. Other notes…

-Sparano gave lots of credit to CJ Spiller when it comes to how dangerous he is in the punt return game for the Bills. The coach said that as a team they have five 20+ yard returns on the season and are a top five unit. He said that Brandon Fields will once again have to have a big game, as will the first man on the scene.

-When asked if he would do anything different to try and make his team forget that they are playing at home, Sparano said no. He doesn’t want to over-think or over-coach the situation and will treat it like a normal game.

-Sparano said that Wednesday practices each of the past three weeks have been “fairly physical,” which is encouraging considering how late in the season it is.

UPDATE: Here is video of Sparano talking about playoff scenarios as well as the challenges of getting ready for a largely unknown Bills’ receiving corps:
